摘要
为观察重组人α1b干扰素滴眼液的治疗作用 ,用家兔制作单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎模型 ,与阿昔洛韦滴眼液进行对照研究。结果显示 ,重组人α1b干扰素滴眼液能缩短单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的病程 ,防止角膜出现深层病变 ,改善预后 ,不留瘢痕。研究表明 ,重组人α1b干扰素滴眼液对家兔单纯疱疹病毒角膜炎有一定疗效。
To study the effects of recombinant human interferon-α1b (IFN-α1b) in the treatment of experimental herpetic keratitis, a model of herpes simplex virus I (HSV-I)-induced in rabbits was established. The Acyciovir-treated group served as control group. The results showed that recombinant human IFN-α1b could shorten the illness course of herpetic keratitis induced by HSV-I, protect from deeper pathologic changes in the cornea of rabbit and improve the prognosis without scar in the conea. It was suggested that recombinant human IFN-α1b could obtain satisfactory effects in the treatment of rabbits with herpetic heratitis.
