摘要
通过对易为人们忽视的9%Ni钢焊接冷裂纹的全面评定与研究,找出发生冷裂的原因,得到避免冷裂发生的结论。
In this article, an overall and serious qualification and research is made on the cold crack sen- sitivity for the welding joint of 9% Ni steel. Using Low Ni austenitic electrodes to weld 9% Ni steel, there might be the possibility of cold crack if the process conditions are not suitable or the electrodes being used have not been baked or have got moistured. The research on the composi- tion, property, cracks and structure of the welding fusion zone shows that this zone is the cold crack sensitivity zone. Through the research on the difusion of hydrogen content and its dissipation behavior and through the dynamic observation of the process of crack extension, it appears to be delayed cracks caused by hydrogen. Using implant test to perform the quantitative assessment of cold crack sensi- tivity of 9% Ni steel welding proves that the welding joint still has higher anti-cracking property when welding is conducted under normal conditions.
