摘要
综述了几种主要的颗粒增韧陶瓷的增韧机理,并从晶界应力设计、纳米颗粒增韧、金属及金属间化合物增韧陶瓷等几方面对颗粒增韧陶瓷的最新进展进行了评述。
In this paper,the current study of ceramics toughened by particles is briefly reviewed,including
the toughening mechanisms,stress design of ceramic grain boundary and ceramics toughened by nano-particles,or metallic or intermetallic particles.Some suggestions in the field are also given.
