摘要
本文对 90年代初以来美国三任总统的科技政策及其特点作了简略分析 ,就美国科技政策演变的实质及其对我国的启示进行了讨论。
This paper analyzed the development process of US science and technology policies since 1990 and divided the process into three periods. The US science and technology policies and their backgrounds, the technological emphases of R&D, the important programs related to science of each period were introduced and the science and technology policy of present govemment were emphasized. At last, the inspiration of US science and technology polices to China were discussed. Furthermore, China should draw up some strategies in response to the national defense contents in the US science and technology policies.
