摘要
用阴离子聚合的方法,在常压和惰性气体保护的条件下,成功地制备了重均分子量从500到2×10~6一系列窄分布聚苯乙烯标准试样,取代了常用的高真空聚合方法。单体在含有少量四氢呋喃的苯中,以正丁基锂作为催化剂进行聚合。本文对优化的聚合条件和操作手续作了描述和讨论。
A series of narrow molecular weight distribution polystyrene standard samples with weight average molecular weights varying from 500 to 2×10~6 were prepared successfully by anionic polymerization under atmospheric pressure with the protection of inert gas instead of the conventional high vacuum process. The monomer was polymerized in benzene containing a small amount of tet(?)hydrofuran with n-butyl lithium as catalyst. The optimized polymerization conditions and procedures were described and discussed.
