异体硬脊膜预防手部屈肌腱粘连的临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的 观察异体硬脊膜预防肌腱粘连的作用。方法 一期修复鞘管区屈肌腱损伤 2 1例 2 6指 ,术中用酒精保存的异体硬脊膜修复腱鞘 ,并向修复段鞘管内注入透明质酸钠溶液 0 2ml~0 4ml,缝合皮肤 ,术后 2 4小时开始行功能锻炼。结果 经 6~ 2 8(平均 13月 )个月随访 ,按TAM法评定疗效 :优 15腱 ,良 9腱 ,中 2腱 ,优良率为 92 3%。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of allogeneic dura mater spinalis for preventing tendon adhesion.Methods Tendon sheath of 26 flexor tendon in 21 cases were repaired with allogeneic dura mater spinalis stored in alcohol.During the operation 0 2ml~0 4ml sodium hyaluronate was injected into the repaired tendon sheathes of all cases.Functional training was performed as early as 24 hours postoperatively.Results According to TAM standard,15 tendons were excellent,9 as good and 2 as fair in 6~28(average 13) months following up.The excellent and good rate were 92 3%.Conclusion The use of allogeneic dura mater spinalis combined with sodium hyaluronate could effectively prevent tendon adhesion.
