摘要
文章通过对 DEFINITY ECS流向 BCMS Vu的数据分析 ,提出一种基于 L AN的替代方案 ,解决 Call Cen-ter系统中客户的等待信息的分类显示及显示质量、显示效果等问题 ,提高各代理的工作效率 。
Based on an analysis on data flow from DEFINITY ECS to BCMS Vu, this paper proposses an alternative LAN based solution, which improves the quality of displaying the sorted user information of the Call Center System.It proves more efficient and less expensive.
