考虑相位跳变的电压凹陷动态补偿控制器研究 被引量:102

摘要 近年来 ,人们已认识到电压凹陷所伴随的相位跳变对凹陷补偿的影响 ,并将其作为衡量电压凹陷的特征量之一。但如何对三相系统中任一相发生电压凹陷时的相位跳变及其它特征量进行实时检测与补偿仍是人们探讨的问题。通过从单相系统到三相系统的构造与电压变换 ,该文提出了“瞬时电压d q变换法” ,可对任一相所发生电压凹陷的相位跳变、幅值和起止时刻进行实时检测。结合实际电能质量扰动信号的特征 ,给出了判断电压凹陷发生与否以及是否超出补偿装置补偿能力的措施。文中所提方法为凹陷的在线检测与评估及其实时补偿提供了手段 。 The influence of phase angle jumps associated with voltage sags on the sag mitigation has received a lot of attention in recent years. Hence, an advanced control method that can simultaneously track the phase angle jumps is essential. Through the fictitious three phase voltages and the d q conversion of voltages, a new method that can instantaneously quantify the phase angle jump, magnitude and duration for single phase voltage sag is described in this paper. Considering the actual power quality disturbance, the occurrence of the sags and the determination of the voltage injection limitation are discussed also. The proposed method is not only efficient for the evaluation of voltage sags but also the effectively mitigation of the sags when it is used in the series device. Finally, simulation results are presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
