高新技术企业具有高成长、高收益和高风险性，其发育成长依赖于资本的合理配置与高效运用。高新技术企业在不同的发展阶段的风险特点、融资特点和经营重点不同，所要求的资本经营对策也各有不同。旨在考察高新技术企业成长过程中的特性，并在此基础上探讨其相应有效的资本经营策略。
High technology enterprise has characters of high-growing. high profitability and high venture, and its growing depends on rationalization of capital structure. High technology enterprise requires different capi- tal-management tactics for it has different characters of venture financing and management in different growing phase. This theis aims to review the characters in the growing of high technology enterprise, and probes into its corresponding effective capital-management tactics.
