摘要
经提取、醇析、Savage法脱蛋白、脱脂、脱色、DEAE纤维素柱色谱等步骤 ,从北五味子中分离出两种多糖组分 ,并经紫外光谱、红外光谱确证纯度 .北五味子中粗多糖含量 6.1% ,三次提取率分别为 :5 5 .6% ,3 8.5 % ,4.6% ,Savage法脱蛋白粗多糖损失率为 7.2 % ,北五味子中两种纯多糖含量分别为 0 .3 87% ,0 .0 61% .
In this paper,two polysaccharides verified by UV-VIS and infrared spectroscopy,were obtained through the following steps:ext raction,ethanol precipitation,deproteinization,decolorization and column chro matography by DEAE cellulose. Quantification result of polysaccharide in Schisan dra Chinensis(Turcz)Baill Fruit show that crude polysaccharide content percent age in it is 6.1%, the three extraction ratio are 55.6%,38.5% and 4.8% respectiv ely ,the loss of crude polysaccharide during deproteinization by Savage method i s 7.2% and the percentages of the pure polysaccharides in Schisandra Chinensis (Turcz ) Baill Fruit are 0.387% and 0.06% .
