摘要
随着加工原油的趋重变劣,我国炼油厂所面临的设备腐蚀、结垢等现象正日益普遍。采取综合化学治理措施,应从改善脱盐效果开始,继之逐步对下游装置的各种问题进行分析,并在适合的部位作处理,可以有效提高炼厂效率。
While crude oils become heavier and less clean,corrosion and fouling pro-blems are more widespreadly encountered in refineries,and often cause plantshut down,reduce throughout and deteriorate product quality.The chemicaltreatment program,starting from desalting operation and further treatmentfor down stream operations is a promising way to overcome these problems.
