摘要
根据调查实验和生产实践 ,论述了奶牛初乳的产量、影响因素、资源估计 ;初乳的常量营养成分、氨基酸和矿物元素含量 ;初乳中免疫球蛋白 (IgG)含量及其与蛋白质、密度的关系 ;初乳粉的生产工艺。
On the basis of investigations,experiments and practices,we have conducted discussions as follows;Bovine colostrums output,affective factors and estimation of colostrums resources;The contents of routine nutritive elements,amino acids and minerals in bovine colostrums;The content of immunoglobulin G in bovine colostrums and its relationship with protein and density;The peocessing technology of bovine colostrums powder.
