摘要
目的 探讨牙周 -牙髓综合征的临床特点 ,为临床进行诊断和治疗提供理论依据。方法 对牙周 -牙髓综合征 5 4例66牙临床资料进行分析 ,采取牙髓牙周综合治疗 ,观察疗效。结果 ①该病多见于 4 0岁以上中老年人 ( 4 5例 ,83 .3 3 % ) ;②后牙多发 ;③由牙髓病引起的联合病损疗效较理想。结论 了解患牙的临床特征 ,确定病变来源 ,是治疗牙周 -牙髓综合征的关键。
Objective To determine the clinical features of pulp periodontal syndrome, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Sixty six teeth with pulp periodontal syndrome in 54 patients were reviewed.The teeth were treated with periodontal-endodontic therapy. Results and Conclusion ①The disease is more in the aged over 40 years(45 cases,83 33%).②It is more frequent in posterior teeth.③The curative effect is better in pulpitis caused disease. It is important for treatment to understand the clinical features and cause of disease.
