摘要
介绍了一种适合于柴油-甲醇-水复合乳化的高分子乳化剂的制取方法,对该种乳化剂的乳化过程进行了机理和试验研究,试验结果表明,用该种乳化剂配制的乳液稳定时间长,而乳化剂的用量比较低。探讨了用CR-2型乳化装置配制柴油-甲醇-水复合乳液的工艺,并在柴油机试验台架上考察了用该种乳化剂配制的乳液的适应性。
Methanol is well known as a promising clean substitute for conventional engine fuels. Especially when using diesel oil-methanol emulsified fuels, the motor does not need to be retrofitted and there needs no any additional auxiliary devices. It has proved simpler and more effective to use diesel oil-methanol emulsified fuels in diesel engines than to use pure methanol. A high-polymer emulsifying agent, which is suitable for the emulsification of diesel oil-methanol-water composite fuels, was developed, and the preparation technique of the agent was described in this paper. The emulsification of the newly developed agent was analyzed and experimentally investigated. The experimental results showed that the stabilization time of the diesel oil-methanol-water composite fuel prepared with relatively small amount of the emulsifying agent is much longer than that of the diesel oil-methanol emulsified fuel. Furthermore, the CR-2 type emulsifying equipment was tested, which is able to prepare diesel oil-methanol-water emulsified composite fuels continuously, and the performance of the emulsified composite fuels was investigated experimentally on the diesel engine test facility.
