摘要
本文介绍了采用GC-ECD分别测定啤酒中双乙酰和2,3-戊二酮的方法,文中讨论了样品制备及GC的测定条件。采用本法测定双乙酰的变异系数为2.4~5.3%,2,3-戊二酮为2.8~4.5%,添加联二酮标样的回收率良好。分别采用气相色谱法和比色法测定了25种不同啤酒样品中的联二酮含量,结果表明GC法明显优于比色法,GC法更适合作为质量控制分析用。
A method is described for the separate determination of diacetyl and 2,3-pentanedione in beer by GC-ECD, The conditions of sample preparation and GC determination have been-discussed. The coefficient of variation for diacetyl was 2.4 - 5.3% and for 2,3-pentanedione was 2.8-4.5%.The GC method also gives the good recovery of added VDK. Twenty-five different samples of commercial available beers were analysed for diacetyl and 2,3-pentanedione by the GC method and also the colorimetric method. The results shows that the GC method is much better than the colorimetric method. The GC method is recommended as being the most suitable for quality control use.
