摘要
本研究观察了给高碘和低碘饲料20~360天中6组小鼠血清T_3、T_4和TSH的变化,并对二者进行了比较。发现高碘动物组血清T_4升高,低碘组T_3升高,T_4 降低,低碘组实验中期TSH升高。结果提示,高碘甲状腺肿的发病机理与低碘甲状腺肿不同。
<ABSTRACT> The changes of serum levels of T_3, T_4 and TSH in mice fed with iodine-excess and iodine-deficent diets were compared. Higher serum T_4 concentrationwas observed in iodine-excess group, whereas in iodine-deficent group theconcentraton of it was decreased, but T_3 increased. The level of TSH wasincreased during the mid-stage of experiment in iodine-deficient group.According to these results the authors suggest that the pathogenetic mechanism of iodine-excess goiter is different from that of the iodine-deficentgoiter.
