摘要
目的 电镜观察黄绿青霉素 (CIT)对离体细胞损伤的超微形态变化。方法 细胞株为人胃癌细胞(SGC- 790 1) ,常规培养。实验组分高低剂量两组 ,CIT在细胞培养液的终浓度分别为 2 0 ,6 0 μmol/ L,37℃ 5 % CO2孵箱中孵育 2 4h。结果 实验两组 CIT均导致细胞线粒体损伤。表现为线粒体嵴膜破坏 ,嵴变短、消失 ,线粒体肿胀、空泡变 ;高剂量组还伴有核浓缩、染色质边集。结论
Objective In this paper, cell ultrastructure change in vitro caused by citreovirudin was observed under Transmission Electron Microscope.Methods Human gastric carcinoma SGC 7901 cells were cultivated on the condition of 37℃ and 5%CO 2.There were two experimental groups which the concentration of citreoviridin in culture median were 20 μmol/L in a lower dose group and 60 μmol/L in a higher dose group. After 24 hours of cell cultivation with citreoviritin in culture median, the results showed as follows.Results In the two experimental groups, citreoviridin cause the mitochondrion damage such as swelling, cristae breakage and vacuolation.In addition, karyopyknosis has also been observed in the higher dose group.Conclusions Citreoviridin can lead to cell mitochondrion lesion.
