摘要
目的 在既往研究发现高氟、高铝联合危害基础上 ,探讨自然本底低水平铝含量条件下氟铝剂量不同比例与氟中毒类型和病情的关系。方法 动物实验 ,以饲料中本底铝 (Al)含量 (4 5 mg/kg)为基准 ,加入氟化钠(F) ,设置 4个染毒组 (F∶ Al分别为 1∶ 2 ,1∶ 1,2∶ 1,3∶ 1)和一个对照组 ,实验期限 10 0 d。结果 1各染毒组骨铝含量均高于对照组 ,且随摄氟量增加而增加 ,骨密度 (BMD)则呈降低趋势 ;2 F∶ Al为 2∶ 1时 ,大鼠呈小细胞低色素性贫血。结论 氟铝联合作用具有普遍性 。
Objective On the basis that synergistic effect of high content of fluorine (F) and aluminum (Al) had been found,the relationship between the type of skeletal fluorosis and different dosage proportion of F to Al was studied on the condition of low content of Al in feed.Methods Animal experiment was used.In the four poisoning groups,fluoride was added based on the content of Al in feed(45 mg/kg),and made the proportion of F to Al were 1∶2,1∶1,2∶1 and 3∶1 respectively. The experiment continued for 100 days.Results ①The Al content in bone of poisoning groups was higher than that of control group. Bone Al increased and bone mineral denisity(BMD) decreased with the amount fluoride taking.②When the proportion of F to Al is 2:1, the rats suffered from microcytic hypochromic anemia.Conclusions The synergistic poisoning of F and Al is a general problem. Al is one of the affect factors of the type and state of skeletal fluorosis.
