摘要
通过淬火态Cu-23at.%Zn-10at.%Al合金冷热循环后避免热弹马氏体稳定化及循环初期正电子湮没参数大幅度减少的对比实验,表明稳定化的主导原因应是空位及其运动更为合适。
The thermally cycled samples of Cu-23at. % Zn-10at. % Al alloy have been studied by means of positron annihilation technique. It is shown that vacancies and their movement seem to be the leading factor resulting in thermoelastic martensite stabilization based on the fact that stabilization was no longer present and the great decrease of positron annihilation parameters after the samples in martensite were thermally cycled.
