摘要
采用 IR、Molau实验、DSC、抽滤分析研究了 HDPE熔融接枝马来酸酐 ( HDPE-g-MAH)与PA6的相容性 ,研究表明 PA6分子链上的酰胺基与 HDPE-g-MAH的酸酐发生化学反应生成了共聚物HDPE-g-PA6。共聚物的形成增强了 HDPE与 PA6界面的相互作用。DSC显示 ,增容共混体系中 HDPE对PA6的熔融行为有明显的影响 ,使 PA6的熔融峰变宽 ,熔融温度向 HDPE移近。
The compatibility of HDPE- g- MAH and PA6 is studied by IR,Molau test,DSC. The results show that the chemical reaction between carbonyl group in HDPE- MAH and amine group in PA6 is occurred.The HDPE - g - PA6 copolymer formed ameliorates interface bonding between HDPE and PA6 .DSC measurement results show that HDPE in blends significantly effects on the melt behavior of PA6 when compatibilizer is added,the melt peak of PA6 is widened. The difference of the Melt temperature between PA6 HDPE becomes small.
