摘要
用NBR(丁腈橡胶 )改善SBR/PVC(丁苯橡胶 /聚氯乙烯 )共混物的耐油性能 ,采用黄金分割法设计了几十个配方。通过性能测试 (扯断强度、扯断伸长率、硬度、耐磨性、耐油性 )找到了NBR增容SBR/PVC共混体系的最佳配比。结果表明 :最佳配方的各项性能均达到国家标准要求 ,其中耐油性能(在体积比为 3 :1的 1 2 0 # 汽油 +苯溶液中 2 3℃× 2 4h的质量变化率 )已经达到丁腈橡胶制品的≤ 2 5 %的要求。同时还对第
We have used NBR to modify the oil resistance of SBR/PVC blend through tens of f ormulars designed by golden section method.The best proportion for NBR compatibi zation with SBR/PVC system is found by performance tests (such as tensile streng th test,test of elongation at break,hardness test,abrasion resistance test,and oil resistance test,etc.).It is showed that the performances of the optimal comp osition have achieved the national standards for the rubber industry.The oil re sistance (the rate of mass change in the 3∶1 120 # gasoline and benzene,23℃ ×24h) is up to the requirements for NBR products which is less than 25%.At the same time,some analysis and studies are made on the influence of the third compo nent's contenton performances.
