摘要
介绍了输送带用橡胶波形挡边的研制过程以及输送带的整体性能。该输送带可分为平基带体、波形挡边和横挡板 3个分体件 ,三者先分别生产并预硫化 ,然后按照成品带要求的尺寸用自行研制的粘合剂在常温下冷硫化粘合。采用分体设计 ,尺寸控制好。研制的波形挡边具有抗拉强度大。
Introduction in this paper covers the development of wave sides fo r the rubber conveyer belt and the whole characters of the rubber conveyer belt. This rubber conveyer belt includes three parts:level belt,wave sides and crosswi se separate plates.Each of them is produced,then it is bonded to the whole belt at normal temperature.The wave sides have good stretch resistance,go od wear and tear resistance and long life.
