添加磷酸吡哆醛对血清转氨酶活力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察添加磷酸吡哆醛对血清转氨酶活力的影响。方法用添加磷酸吡哆醛的 DADE试剂和不添加磷酸吡哆醛的长征试剂对同一组血清作测定 ,以二者活力比表示。结果添加磷酸吡哆醛试剂的转氨酶活力肯定大于不含磷酸吡哆醛试剂的结果 ,丙氨酸转氨酶 (AL T)平均高 6 4%。对作血透析后病人血清中的转氨酶活力影响更大 ,不含磷酸吡哆醛的 AL T活力平均增高 2 4% ;添加的 AL T平均增高达 5 7%。结论只有使用添加磷酸吡哆醛的试剂才能准确反映病人血清中转氨酶活力以及肝损害程度。但各病人添加和不含磷酸吡哆醛试剂的转氨酶活力比值相差较大 。 Objective To invastigate the variation of aminotransferase activities by aminotransferase reagent with pyridoxal 5’ phosphate supplementation in some disease groups. Methods To determine sera in the same groups by DADE reagent with pyridoxal 5' phosphate and Changzheng reagent without pyridoxal 5' phosphate. Results The aminotransferase activities with pyridoxal 5' phosphate are higher than that without pyridoxal 5' phosphate, ALT activities increase 64% averagely. especially in hemodialysis group, ALT activities increase 24% averagely without pyridoxal 5' phosphate and increase 57% averagely in presence of pyridoxal 5' phosphate. Conclusion Only the aminotransferase reagent with pyridoxal 5' phosphate is able to demonstrate the activities of aminotransferase and degree of liver impairment correctly. coefficient must not be used between these two type reagents due to the ratio of aminotransferase activities that is variety in every patient in these two type reagents. Key word: Pyridoxal 5' phospate; Aminotransferase; Liver impairmemt玃 <0.01) and IL?6( P <0.05) mRNA were significantly increased in EAE spinal cords.The expressions of IL 1α,IL?1β,IL?2,and IL?6 mRNA in spinal cords from LMS+EAE group were increased respectively by 131%( P <0.05),121%( P <0.05),95%( P <0.05)and 28%( P >0.05)compared with levels in rats of EAE group. Conclusions LMS can remarkably increasa the expressions of IL 1α,IL?1β and IL?2 mRNA in spinal cord of rats with EAE.The results suggest that excess IL 1 and IL?2 play a pathogenic role in the exacerbating effects of LMS on the EAE.
