摘要
目的 :研究新引进的 5种虫媒病毒 :马雅罗病毒 (MAY)、西门利克病毒 (SFV)、墨累谷脑炎病毒 (MVE)、伊利乌斯病毒 (ILH)和布尼安姆韦拉病毒 (BUN)的血凝及血凝交叉抑制活性 ,了解这 5种虫媒病毒的血清学关系。方法 :对 5种虫媒病毒进行血凝试验 ;制备 5种病毒的抗血清 ,采用MAY ,SFV ,MVE ,ILH ,BUN ,基孔肯雅病毒 (CHIK) ,西尼罗病毒 (WN) ,流行性乙型脑炎病毒 (JBE)抗血清与 5种虫媒病毒进行血凝交叉抑制试验。结果 :5种病毒在合适的条件下具有使鹅红细胞凝集的能力 ,MAY ,SFV ,MVE ,ILH ,BUN的血凝最适pH分别为 6.4 ,6.4 ,7.0 ,6.6,6.4 ;在披膜病毒科和黄病毒科中同一科内的病毒具有明显的血凝交叉抑制反应。结论 :MAY ,SFV与CHIK血清学关系密切 ;MVE ,ILH和JBE ,WN的血清学关系密切 ;BUN与试验的披膜病毒和黄病毒科病毒血清学关系较远。
Objectives:To test the hemagglutination and cross hemagglutination inhibition activity of five newly introduced arboviruses ( MAY, SFV, MVE, ILH, BUN )which belong to the Togaviridae, Flaviviridae and Bunyaviridae, and to study serological relations among them.Methods:Hemagglutination test for five arboviruses was conducted.The anti sera of the five viruses were prepared and the anti sera of CHIK, WN, JBE along for the five anti sera were used in cross hemagglutination inhibition test for the five arboviruses.Results:The five arboviruses had the hemagglutination ability in proper condition and the best pH values hemagglutination of MAY, SFV, MVE, ILH, BUN were 6.4, 6.4, 7.0, 6.6, 6.4 respectively. Viruses of Togaviridae and Flaviviridae showed wide cross hemagglutination inhibition ability. Conclusions:MAY and SFV have consanguineous serological relation with the CHIK; MVE and ILH have consanguineous serological relation with WN and JBE; BUN have no serological relation with virus of Togaviridae and Flaviviridae.
