摘要
目的 探讨早期Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左房收缩功能的改变,找出对左房功能反映良好的指标。方法 应用二维多普勒超声心动图检测早期Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左房收缩功能改变。结果 Ⅱ型糖尿病患者早期左房射血功能增强,左房射血力(LAF)与多项反映左房收缩功能的指标相关性良好,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者正规治疗3个月后,血糖控制良好组左房射血力(LAF)逐渐恢复至与正常人无明显差异,E/A比值仍与正常人组有差异;而血糖控制不好组左房射血力(LAF)和E/A比值均与正常人组有明显差异。结论 Ⅱ型糖尿病患者早期左房射血功能增强,左房射血力(LAF)是评价左房收缩功能的良好而敏感的指标。
The left atrial systolic function in patients with NIDDM( Non Insulin Dependent DiabetesMellitus) was studied and which index is useful and sensitive. Methods We studied the left atrial systolic function in 50 patients with NIDDM by a combined two dimensional pulsed and continuous wave Doppler echocardiography. Results The results showed that indexes of left atrial systolic function in NIDDM group were significantly different compared with that in the control group. Left atrial ejection(LAF) was positively correlated with more indexes of left atrial systolic function. After 3 months regular treatment, LAF improved in the subgroup of patients whose blood sugar was good controlled and E/A was not improved ; whereas no improvements were seen in the patients with no good controlling of blood sugar. Conclusions The left atria] systolic function strengthens in patients with NIDDM . LAF is a useful and sensitive index for assessing atrial systolic function.
