摘要
将有限体积法与TVD格式相结合对高压断路器气流场的计算进行了深入的研究。根据SF6断路器流路复杂、固壁形式多样、动触头高速运动的特点 ,本文采用区域分解、滑移网格连续移动、数据实时传递等技术 ,消除了传统网格滑移中计算时间、步长变化的各种限制 ,实现了计算时间的微量变化 ,很好地解决了传统方法中网格生成存在的各种问题 ,形成了高分辨率、高精度断路器流场计算的一整套新方法。
The flow field calculation for the high voltage SF6 circuit breaker using the Finite Volume and Total Variation Diminishing (TVD) scheme has been studied According to the complex flow path, variety of solid wall and high speed characteristic of the movable contact, the techniques of domain decomposition,continuous movement of the slippage grid and data synchronous transfer have been adopted, so a novel method with high resolving power and high precision for calculating the flow field of high voltage SF6 circuit breaker has been developed And it has the superiority of eliminating various restrictions in traditional method such as the limit of calculation time, the step length variation etc In the process of grid slippage, using this method, the slight variation of calculating time can be realized and its insufficiency of traditional grid creation technique has been solved
