摘要
报道了一种新的高亲核长链咪唑肟N 十四烷基咪唑 2 甲醛肟的设计与合成 ,并比较了它及其他长链咪唑肟与有机磷酸酯二苯基、对硝基苯基磷酸酯 (PNPDPP)、对硫磷及Vx的反应活性。结果表明 ,该肟对PNPDPP、对硫磷等磷酸酯反应活性很高 ,超过目前已报道的反应活性最强的肟基试剂 5~ 10倍 ,可用于毒性高且难以分解的磷酸酯消毒与防护。
A new long-chain oxime N-tetradecylimidazole-2-aldoxime (1) was designed and synthesized. The reactivities, of I and other long-chain oximes with p-nitrophenyl diphenyl phosphate (PNPDPP), p-nitrophenyl diethyl thiophosphate (parathion), and O-ethyl ( s-beta-diisopropylaminoethyl) methyl phosphonothiolate (Vx) were studied. The results showed that 1 was a powerful nucleophile that was 5 similar to 10 times more active than those oximes reported so far and was useful in non-corrosive decontamination of stable and toxic phosphate esters.
