摘要
采用抗病性鉴定和田间隔离小区试验病害调查相结合的方法 ,研究了转抗真菌基因“RC2 4”的转基因水稻“竹转 6 8”的抗病性和病害发生规律 ,对“竹转 6 8”田间释放后病害发生的风险进行了初步预测。试验结果表明 ,“竹转 6 8”对纹枯病具有较高的抗病性 ,对稻瘟病的抗病性也有显著提高且存在田间抗病性。进一步的田间隔离小区试验结果表明“竹转 6 8”田间释放后 ,病害发生轻 ,表现较好的综合抗病能力。
The study was conducted to make a risk assessment for the diseases of a rice variety 'Zhuzhuan 68', which was genetically modified by an antifungus gene 'RC24', by the research on the resistance and the disease pattern in an isolated field where it was grown. The results showed that its resistance to Pyricularia oryzae and Rhizoctonia solani was enhanced. The resistance to R. solani was high and stable, but the resistance to P. oryzae was the race specific resistance. The results also showed it had the field resistance to P. oryzae . and a lower disease degree under the condition of common agricultural management in a small isolated field. The results inferred that the disease risk of 'Zhuzhuan 68' was low.
