摘要
科学管理能力的培养是大学生基本素质的培养，是21世纪知识经济时代的需要，是建设国家社会公共科学管理体系的需要。立足国内培养具有科学管理能力的高层次人才必须进行培养模式、制度的改革。
In this article, the author tries to illustrate that the cultivation of the abilities of scientific management is that of college students' basic qualities.Such abilities will meet the demands of knowledge economy of the 21st century and of constructing a national public relations scientific management system. Therefore,the reforms of the cultivating patterns and systems must be carried out in order to cultivate senior talents of scientific management in China.
