摘要
世界贸易组织 (WTO)反倾销守则最终将世界范围内的反倾销立法与实践统一起来。然而 ,作为反倾销措施适用最多的美国与欧共体 ,其国内立法和具体司法实践仍有很大不同 ,加上新的反倾销守则在诸如反规避措施的规定上未达成一致意见。因此 ,在今后相当长的时期内 ,反倾销守则将与各国国内立法与实践并存 。
The anti dump regulations of WTO unify the anti dump legislation and practice in the world. But in USA and European Economic Community, the internal legislation is different from the concrete judicial practice. New anti dump regulations haven't hold the identical viewpoints on the anti dump measures, so, in a long period, the anti dump regulations and various country's internal legislation will exist side by side, this is more important for the things that the anti dump measures have become the first choice of the people who insisting on the trade protection viewpoints under the international economic circumstance.
