获得性癫痫性失语的免疫学研究和治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 获得性癫痫性失语（ＬＫＳ）是一种罕见的儿童癫痫，病因尚未完全明确。最近，随着ＬＫＳ发病的免疫机理研究进展，免疫治疗已逐渐代替传统的抗癫痫药物治疗而占主导地位，激素疗效较肯定，免疫球蛋白应用获得更满意的治疗效果，这为ＬＫＳ的治疗开辟了一条新的途径。
