摘要
目的观察丹参粉针剂治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效 ,并观察治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化。方法丹参粉针剂静脉输液治疗 80例寻常型银屑病 ,对其中 32例患者进行治疗前后的血液流变学观察。结果丹参粉针剂治疗寻常型银屑病有良好疗效 ,治疗后患者的血液粘度、血浆粘度、血小板粘附率均降低。结论丹参能显著降低寻常型银屑病患者的血液高粘滞状态 。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of salvia miltiorrhiza bge(SMB) on the patinets with psoriasis vulgaris , and the variation of hemorheology before and after treatment. Methods 80 cases were treated with SMB by intravenous and the hemorheology of 32 cases was observed before and after treatment. Results The clinical manifestation of patients with psoriasis recovered remarkable after intravenous SMB, blood stickly, plasma sticky and platelet sticky rate were all decreased. Conclusion The blood hyperviscosity of patients can be reduced by SMB, it is an effective drug in treatment of the psoriasis vulgaris.
