摘要
用SBS和SBR对沥青进行改性并配以其他辅料制得TST(即弹塑体 ) ,其力学性能特别是疲劳实验表明该材料的技术指标能满足桥梁伸缩装置的要求。在桥梁混凝土表面涂弹塑体专用黏合剂后 ,不但能增加TST与混凝土的黏接强度 ,还可使其具有抗水性 ;模拟实际使用条件的实验表明该新材料可应用 8年以上。确定能有效地控制其质量技术指标 。
A novel thermoplastic elastomer was prepared from modified asphaltum by SBS and SBR with some adjuvants. It's mechanic properties, especially anti-fatigue test results showed that the technical targets could meet the requirements of extension equipment of bridge. A special bond for the thermoplastic elastomer on the surface of concrete on bridge could not only strengthen the felt between the elastomer and the concrete, but also made it waterproof. Stimulated application experiment showed that the material could endure 8 years. Effective quality control targets were confirmed, and correlative experiment methods were also designed.
