摘要
采用氢氧化铝干胶、硝酸钴和钼酸铵为主要原料 ,通过载体改性和催化剂的制备工艺研究 ,开发了LH -0 2裂解汽油的二段加氢脱硫催化剂。在实验室研究的基础上 ,进行了工业放大和工业应用实验。结果表明 ,该催化剂在裂解汽油的二段加氢反应器入口温度为 2 85℃、压力为 2 .75MPa、液体空速为 3.5h-1、n(H2 )∶n(油 )为 1 .70∶1的加氢条件下操作 ,产品的w(硫 )小于 1 μg/g,溴价小于 0 .0 0 1 ,二烯值小于 0 .0 0
Preparation process of modified carrier and catalyst was studied. The LH-02 second-stage hydrodesulfurization catalyst was developed from aluminum hydrate xerogel, cobaltous nitrate and ammonium molybdate which all served as main materials. Based on lab experiment, trial in commercial scale and its commercial application were conducted.The results showed that at the temperature of 285 ℃ in entrance, pressure 2.75 MPa, liquid hourly space velocity 3.5 h -1 ,hydrate/oil 1.70∶ 1.00 (mol), sulfur( w ), bromine value and diene value of product were under 1 μg/g, 0.001,0.001, respectively.
