采用戊二醛法 ,将半抗原磺胺对甲氧嘧啶 (SMD)与载体牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)偶联 ,制得磺胺对甲氧嘧啶全抗原 SMD-BSA。其紫外扫描光谱和红外光谱表明偶联成功。通过改变半抗原 SMD和偶联剂戊二醛的用量 ,制得多种结合比的全抗原 ,这为进一步制备抗
Semiantigen sulfamethoxydiazine (SMD) was coupled with carrier protein bovine serum albumin (BSA) to prepare complete antigen SMD BSA by glutaraldehyde method. Both UV scanning spectrum and IR spectrum coupling occurred between SMD and BSA. A series of SMD BSA with different combination ratios was synthesized through altering the use level of semiantigen SMD or the use level of coupling agent glutaraldehyde. The present research supplied an excellent immune antigen for further preparation of antibody to SMD.
