摘要
采用 TLC、GPC、1H- NMR及 IR等分析方法 ,对苯并口恶嗪 -环氧化合物 -胺类催化剂体系的聚合反应进行了研究 ,表征了产物结构 ,并探讨了聚合反应机理。结果表明 ,苯并 口恶嗪 -环氧化合物体系在胺类催化剂如苄胺、咪唑的作用下 ,能发生开环聚合反应 。
In recent years, benzoxazine compounds have received a great deal attention due to its unique properties, such as volumetric expansion or near zero shrinkage upon polymerization. However, the ring opening polymerization mechanism of benzoxazines has not been well understood, which has prevented the products of benzoxazines from being vigorously developed. In this paper, the polymerization of benzoxazines epoxy resin amine system was investigated by means of FT IR, 1H NMR, TLC and GPC. On the basis of structural characterization of the products synthesized from systems, the possible ring opening polymerization mechanisms of these systems have been postulated. The results show that the polymerization of between benzoxazine and epoxy resin can take place if only there exist hydroxyl groups in reaction system and that the kind, number and place of the substituting groups on the benzene ring connecting with the oxazine ring can make a notable impact on the ring opening polymerization as well as the structures of products.
