摘要
通过氧化实验、X射线衍射分析和扫描电子显微分析 ,初步研究了 PNA基炭纤维的氧化特性。结果表明 ,PAN基炭纤维的氧化特性与其表面形貌和微晶参数密切相关 ,炭纤维表面的沟槽、坑洞越多 ,石墨微晶参数 d0 0 2 值越大 ,其氧化失重率越大 。
The oxidation behaviour of the PAN based carbon fibers (CF) has been studied by oxidation experimental?XRD and SEM analysis.The results show that the oxidation resistance of PAN based CF is closely related to its surface appearance and crystallite parameters.The more the ditches and pits of CF,the bigger the d 002 value,the higher its percentage burn-off oxidation,i.e.the worse the oxidation resistance.
