二巯丙磺钠对杀虫单急性中毒致惊的拮抗作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究二巯丙磺钠 (Na DMPS)对杀虫单 (SCD)急性中毒致惊的拮抗作用。方法 :通过实验动物急性毒性及脑电实验 ,观察Na DMPS解毒作用的时效关系 ;观察微量Na DMPS侧脑室给药 (icv)对SCD引起中枢性毒性的解毒作用。结果 :Na DMPS在染毒前 2 0min腹腔注射 (ip)可发挥良好的保护作用。Na DMPS微量icv或ip均能明显提高SCD中毒小鼠LD50 ,明显降低SCD中毒大鼠的死亡率 ,并能明显抑制大鼠强直性惊厥波的产生。结论 :Na DMPS预先icv或ip对SCD急性中毒的大小鼠有非常明显的解毒作用 ,提示Na DMPS与SCD存在着中枢性拮抗机制。 Objective: To study the antidotal effect of Na-DMPS on convulsion of acute poisoned animals with SCD.Methods: Through the acute toxicity experiment and electroencephalograms in rats,the time-course effect of Na-DMPS in relieving mice with SCD,the antidotal effects on mice and rats with SCD of Na-DMPS given icv and ip,were observed.Results: Satisfactory antidotal effect could be achieved when Na-DMPS was given ip 20 min before poisoning. Whether Na-DMPS was given icv or ip it could significantly raise LD_ 50 of mice with SCD,reduce the rate of convulsion and death in rats with acute SCD poisoning,and inhibite the occurrence of tetanic convulsion wave in rats.Conclusion: Given icv or ip before poisoning,Na-DMPS shows significant antidotal effect on acute SCD poisoned animals,which may be related with the antagonism of Na-DMPS and SCD in CNS.
