强啡肽、γ-氨基丁酸及缩胆囊肽在脑缺血后的变化及其与DND的关系

摘要 在116只成功建立的大鼠脑缺血模型中,于缺血及再灌流各期对海马结构中DynA(1-13)、GABA及CCK的动态变化、缺血/再灌流神经损害的病理进行研究,发现脑缺血和再灌流期这三种物质的释放增多,且大剂量纳洛酮有防治DND的作用。 Cerebral ischemia/repercussion model of 112 rats was used to study the dynamic changes of DynA(1-13)、GABA、CCK and to observe the pathologic changes of brain ischemia during the ischemia/repercussion periods. The study demonstrated that the liberation of the above-mentioned 3 bioactive substances increased, and that the high dose of naloxone administration could prevent the pyramidal cells from DND (delayed neuronal death).
