摘要
诉讼行为问题在民事诉讼领域是一个重大理论问题 ,涉及民事诉讼的性质和原则以及程序保障等民事诉讼领域的核心问题。直至今天 ,我国民事诉讼理论很少关注诉讼行为问题。有鉴于此 ,有关民事诉讼行为的一些主要问题 。
As a major theoretical issue in the field of civil litigation, acts of litigation involve such core matters as the nature and principles of civil litigation and procedure guarantee. To date, however, Chinas civil litigation theories have paid scant attention to acts of litigation. Thus, concerning civil act of litigation some major issues, such as the interrelationship between principle of civil act of litigation and act and litigation and drawbacks of act of civil litigation and their settlement, await further studies.
