摘要
简要描述了中国彩电产业的发展数据 ,并比照产业生命周期理论进行了分阶段的分析 ,指出基于技术引进国模式的、上下游产业进入的分离 ,是目前彩电企业自主技术创新能力不强、竞争乏术、受制于人的一个重要原因 ;反思了彩电产业发展过程中的价格管制、供给抑制政策 ,以及地方政府和外资进入的作用 ;展望了中国彩电产业发展的前景 ,提出了相关的政策建议。
Firstly, the data of Chinese color TV industry is described briefly. According the theory of industry lifecycle (ILC), every stage in ILC of Chinese color TV industry is analyzed. The conclusion is that several phenomena, including the weakness of technology innovation, absence of core competence all can be tracked to the breakaway of entry process between production line and key components in early stage of ILC. Then, the industry policy of price regulation, supply depression, and the role of local government and the entry of foreign capital are discussed carefully. Lastly, a possible perspective of Chinese color TV industry and policy direction are suggested.
