摘要
模具拉伸系数是设计拉伸工艺的关键参数。本文对在模具拉伸的CAPP中 ,应用模糊理论确定拉伸系数 ,作了较为深入的探讨 ,改进了前人研究的缺陷 ,解决了工艺设计中一些由于极限的限制而产生突变的问题 ,并给出了数学推导和公式 ,将处理过程用编程实现。
The cupping ductility value is a key parameter to design traction process of mould. The paper discussed how to use fuzzy mathematics to confirm the value in CAPP of mould traction, more in\|depth, and improved on the studies of predecessor. It solved the problem of abrupt change caused by ultimate. There are also some useful mathematical deduction and formulas. The process was implemented by computer program.
