摘要
本试验的目的就是通过一系列的试验,研究滤片在铸件浇注与振动落砂后,不同的滤渣片量与不同的滤渣片颗粒混入型砂后对型砂性能的影响规律。实验采用的方法是:向型砂中加入不同量、不同粒度的滤片,然后检测型砂性能,最后将不同情况下的型砂性能加以比较而得出结论,为生产实际应用滤渣片提供可靠的数据。
During the pouring the filters are used and then some particles of filters after shaking will mix in the molding sand and finally the properties of sand and the quality of castings will become bad.The purpose of our experiment is to study the effects of flow-rite ceramic filter from HP company on the properties of molding sand after the pouring and shaking. Some particles of different amount and differnt grain size have been added into the molding sand to measure the nature. All this can provide reliable data for application of ceramics filter into foundry.
