摘要
对 6个有代表性的番茄材料在高温胁迫下植物形态学和生理学的一些变化进行了研究 ,旨在探索快速、可靠、简便的番茄耐热性鉴定技术。调查重庆地区夏季田间种植的不同品种番茄 ,田间对自然高温的反应 ,发现统计座果率、果实商品性、产量、单果种子数等性状是鉴定番茄耐热性最可靠的方法。室内测定花粉活力、细胞膜热稳定性、SOD活性变化、游离脯氨酸含量变化 ,结合人工模拟高温条件鉴定热害指数 ,能较准确。
Morphological and physiological reactions of six tomato varieties to stress of high temperature was studied. Results showed, planting tomato varieties in field during summer, recording reactions of different varieties to heat stress under the natural high temperature conditions, focusing on fruit set, fruit commercial characters, yield, quantitative of seeds in single fruit,were the most reliable identification methods. Testing pollen viability, cell membrane heat stability, SOD activity change and concentration of free proline, and combining with evaluating heat injury index in laboratory, could identificate varieties heat tolerant degree accurately and quickly.
