摘要
对马铃薯脱毒原原种的繁育技术进行了较系统的研究 ,即采用简易培养基、液体培养进行试管苗生长和自制的营养基质进行原原种生产 ,采取新改进的栽培技术进行工厂化大规模生产 ,使整个原原种生产更加高效、快速、低成本 ,可大规模推广应用。
This article studies systematically the techniques for production of virus free potatoes . Virus-free shoots were cultured by using simplified liquid medium in glass jar instead of triangle glass. New and modified techniques were developed for mass production of virus-free seed potatoes. These techniques are high-yielding, efficient and low-cost for rapid multiplication of virus-free minitubers.
