摘要
3年的白皮松苗圃生理生态试验结果表明 :沈阳地区冬季白皮松幼苗受到伤害不仅与环境因子的变化有关 ,更重要的是与苗木本身的生长发育节律有关。白皮松幼苗抗寒性提高后体内抗氧化酶促防御系统(SOD、CAT、POD)活性明显提高 ,而且3种酶活性变化之间的相互匹配是提高白皮松幼苗抗寒性的关键因素 ;通过对POD同工酶谱带的观察 ,看出POD酶活性的提高是原有酶合成的结果 。
A study on mechanism of winter resistance of Pinus bungeana seedlings was conducted for 3 years. The experimental results showed that Pinus bungeana seedlings was damaged in winter in Shenyang, not only related to environment factors but also importantly to Pinus bungeana seedlings growth and development rhythm. With the increase of tolerance of winter resistance in Pinus bungeana seedlings, its antioxidation enzyme recovery system (SOD, CAT, POD) activity was increased obviously. And the key factor was relations of three enzymes under chilling stress. Peroxidase iso-zymograms and their variation showed no difference, but color depth of iso-zymograms was different.
