摘要
对荆州市 1 2种主要蔬菜的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的污染问题进行了研究 ,结果表明已有相当比重的蔬菜受到了硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的污染 ,受污染较重的蔬菜为叶菜 ,果菜、瓜菜受污染较轻。提出了蔬菜硝酸盐。
The Nitrate and Nitrite pollution conditions of twelve major vegetables were investigated and researched in the Jingzhou City.The results indicated that there were a large proportion of vegetables polluted by nitrate and nitrite,with serious pollution in leaf vegetables and slight pollution in fruit and melon vegetables.At last,it put forward countermeasures of preventing nitrate and nitrite pollution in vegetables.
