摘要
边缘提取是CT图像三维重建前期工作中的关键步骤。本文一方面利用CT图像分割的等距法求取图像的灰度阈值 ;另一方面求取图像的梯度阈值 ,利用这两个阈值将颅脑CT图像中各器官的边缘提取出来 ,作为三维重建的轮廓输入。实验结果表明 :这种方法实时性好 ,适应性强 ,提取的边缘清晰完整 ,准确性较高。
Edge detection is a key step in early stage work of 3D-reconstruction of CT image. In this paper, on one hand, grey thre- shold of image is calculated with equal-distance method, on the Other hand, gradient threshold of image is calculated. The skull-CT image's edge is extracted with the two thresholds input for 3D contour of organs reconstruction. Experiments done Showed that this method could run in real time. It could extract contour clearly and accurately, and it had better performance of adaptivity.
