摘要
西藏卤虫卵的最适孵化温度在 18~ 32℃温度范围内 ,随孵化温度的升高 ,西藏卤虫卵的孵化率首先明显升高 ,由 18℃时的 36 .9%升高到 2 2℃的 6 3.2 % ,达到最高值。随着孵化温度的继续升高 ,孵化率呈现逐渐下降的趋势。 32℃时孵化率降至 44 .7% ,比最高孵化率降低了近 2 0个百分点。以上结果说明 ,西藏卤虫卵的最适孵化温度为 2 2℃左右 。
This paper studied the optimum hatching temperature of Artemia cysts from Xizang. In the temperature range of 18 32℃, With the increase of temperature, the hatching rates firstly increase obviously from 36.9% at 18℃, and reach the maximum hatching rate of 63.2% at 22℃. With further increase of temperature, the hatching rates gradually decease to 44.7% at 32℃. The results indicate that the optimum hatching temperature of Artemia cysts from Xizang is 22℃, which is lower than that of other Artemia species and strains.
