摘要
验证了修正的暂态能量函数可应用于部分恒阻抗、部分恒功率的电力系统模型 ,并在此基础上提出一种新的暂态能量函数评估策略。应用这种策略可以高效大量地滤除对系统稳定性无危害的故障 ,确定对系统有危害或有潜在危害的故障并分析其修正的暂态能量裕度 ,更重要的是 ,这种分析策略可以和系统分析的商业软件如BPA电力系统分析软件等结合使用 ,以评定系统的稳定指标。为了便于比较不同的故障对系统安全的危害程度 ,还将修正的能量裕度转化为时间裕度。文章最后报道了在新英格兰 10发电机 39节点系统及国内华北电网上的验算结果 。
Corrected transient energy function (CTEF) is a new concept recently developed for transient stability assessment (TSA). This paper verifies that CTEF can be applied to a power system whose loads are represented by partial constant impedance and partial constant power load model for TSA. Based on the theoretical results of CTEF a new analysis strategy for TSA is proposed. This TSA strategy is effective in filtering out harmless disturbances and in evaluations of corrected transient stability energy margin incorporating with commercial software,such as BPA. Case studies on the 10 machine New England test power system and on North China power network are given to show the effectiveness of the strategy in TSA.
